Wade Miller is principal of P3 pavement preservation products an asphalt consulting firm. Wade has been in the asphalt materials supply industry for over twenty-five years. He has held various positions from plant operator in asphalt emulsion plants as his first job as a mill operator to his final position as VP of Sales for a well-respected regional asphalt and emulsion supplier in the Western U.S.
Wade still considers his career highlight has been and continues to be helping agencies develop an industry best toolbox of innovative asphalt pavement preservation products and processes that solves their daily challenge of extending the service life and pavement condition of their highways roads and streets.
